Marsoum Developments brings together the experience of two established Egyptian real estate backgrounds: Amgad Embaby and Telal for Urban Development. The company was established by combining their experience in construction and real estate development to create projects across different Egyptian markets.
One of Marsoum's backgrounds goes back to Amgad Embaby, owned by Engineer Ayman Embaby, which was established in 1996. The company has accumulated around three decades of experience in real estate development and construction, with previous involvement in infrastructure, roads, bridges, and residential developments in Beni Suef.
Among its previous developments is VIP, a project extending over approximately 30 acres along the Nile Corniche in Beni Suef. The company has also developed projects on different land areas, following a development approach focused on completing construction before selling units.
The second background comes from Engineer Sayed Saber, owner of Telal for Urban Development, with more than 10 years of experience in real estate development. The company has developed more than 1.5 million square meters in Borg El Arab, Alexandria.
