Marquee Developments is owned by Engineer Hazem Salama and Engineer Ashraf Sobhy, both with extensive experience in real estate and construction. Engineer Ashraf Sobhy, owner of the Egyptian International Reinforced Steel Company, has built numerous residential projects in Heliopolis, Mokattam, and New Cairo. Engineer Hazem Salama has been developing projects since 1980, completing around 160 projects in Nasr City and Heliopolis.
Their international investments span Europe, including Georgia, Hungary, and France, where they established hotels and resorts. Following Egypt's development vision, they redirected their focus domestically, launching landmark projects like a 120-acre resort with four hotels in Marsa Alam and Kenana University in the Administrative Capital's R8 area.
